Refund and Return Policy

We hope that you’re satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied and would like to return it, we will gladly accept your item(s) for a full refund within 3 business days of it being delivered to you. After 3 days, any return requests will receive a store credit up until 14 days from the purchase date.

All items bought on sale are not returnable or exchangeable; they are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and let us know right away if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and correct it promptly. Any defects of any kind are not under warranty after 14 days.

After the merchandise is received, inspected, and approved, a full refund will be processed if eligible.

Since the jewelry used for our hair coverings was not manufactured by Hadasa Couture, any damages or defects are not under warranty.
